How God taught me to see the invisible and do the impossible?
God is Invisible
Our God, the only one God of the Bible, God is invisible and is amazing. His power, manifestations, and demonstrations altogether reflect his mighty acts in our everyday life situations. The decisions we make, the standards and principles we are bound to, there’s something that God wants us to hold onto him. It is only according to his will, goodness, greatness, and grace that he imparts his blessings upon us so that we will not grow weary in doing good.
There are times when our life seems difficult, we get confused by the things of the world. Everything seems to fade away, all our hopes and desires don’t inline according to our will. No matter how hard we try to run, to act, to obey, or do our duty in this world, we fail, and fail again.
This also happens with strong believers of God, they are like sheep being slaughtered every day, ready to die at any moment for the sake of Christ. For the sake of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. We never know what life turns out for us, what God’s plans are for us; however, whenever we turn to him, there is assurance that everything is good and beautiful, and bright, and shines in his time.
He has set aside the godly for himself and will not let them fall down.
This is somewhat what happened to me as well. Being a child of God, I never knew exactly what I was born to do, didn’t have any expectations. But I had seen from my childhood days, the mighty man of God who did wonderful works for the glory of God, did signs and wonders, healing and deliverance, and spread the gospel to millions and millions. It was just a dream for me, and I have always wanted something like that to happen. Not exactly as great like them, to have power or fame, or renounce my name in streets or pulpits, but just that I could genuinely save a few souls, and be answerable to God in the day of judgement.
Now, as I was slowly and steadily growing in the word of God, I came to realize that God’s word actually moves hearts, it binds us, and there is pure treasure in those words which I would never like to depart from. Jesus’s person and work throughout his life motivated and inspired me to be like him, as he said in his scripture, that we will see him one day and be like him. Every eye will see him.
There is a calling for those who put their trust in him, and they will never be ashamed of their calling. We are called to follow him, obey him, live for him, and also die for him. We are crucified with him, so that whether we live or die, we are his.
It’s never about money. People think we can raise money and then start the church to spread the gospel. Yes, it was in those early days, as spoken in the Book of Acts, but that was different. These days, the televangelists are more keen on funding and raising funds, which they use to buy people for healing and deliverance. They do it indirectly, giving no sense of shame to themselves. The Bible calls them filthy rags. They are like wolves in sheep’s clothing.
If we are to do any good, we must cleanse ourselves first, from the inside, then we can exactly know how to cleanse others, and people around us, showing them the way which Jesus has commanded us in his scripture. We ought to know the scripture thoroughly inside out so that we can prove it acceptably and spread sound doctrine.
Now, the core part of the answer about how I saw the invisible is that he told him a story, where he was always the hero. He told me I am so precious and special to him. He said he died for me, and I was able to experience that in some little form of way. Tears were rolling down my face every time when I knew it was I who led him to the cross, who betrayed him, and I could do nothing to undo it. If at all, I were in the place of Judas the Iscariot, it would be the worst part of my life, of my existence. There would have been no point in living or being born. The devil of all kinds, the one who crucified Jesus.
This story that Jesus told me was very frightening, and the way I lived in my everyday course of actions defined it. I was living in darkness for a very long time, wanting to escape, wanting this dream would end soon, this story, which was getting only dreadful and dreadful, would come to an end.
However, one day, I believe it was the last chapter Jesus was reading out to me, he told me that the story was his way of showing his love to me. I couldn’t help myself, and I couldn’t express my feelings even now, how I am passing this time. This is the aftermath.
I clearly saw the invisible, the story had different shades, I was hurt, burdened, sorrowful, childish, foolish, doubtful, many things which couldn’t be explained.
Further, these days, Jesus is bringing me back to my present life, letting me see things clearly through the eyes of faith. He doesn’t want me to go astray. His words are forever imputed in my heart, and I pray nobody can snatch them, nor will the heavenly father let anyone snatch them from the love I have for Jesus, my Lord, God, and my savior.
Jesus’ teachings are the best teachings I’ve ever found; every person should follow them, because they have the words of eternal life. Out of him springs life eternal, rivers of living water. He is exactly the man of God, Son of God, God himself, who does the impossible.
Yes, he did the impossible in my life. He changed the image of the God is invisible to be impossible. He brought me from utter darkness to marvelous life. He is changing us, many of us, from glory to glory. His impossible works he does it. There is an unseen realm, we can’t see or touch. His angels surround us, walls beside us. Jesus is beside us, he guards our hearts against all enemies.
If this is something called life on earth, I can’t imagine what life in heaven could be. I am very much eagerly hoping to see his Kingdom after this life on earth. There is not much time left. Many people still are seeking to save themselves, seeking sideline ways to go to heaven. But we know it’s none other than Jesus who can take us to heaven. The gates of heaven are open for his people, and once he opens them, no one can shut them, and once he shuts them, no one can open.
I don’t want to be like the 5 virgins who didn’t have oil in their lamps, but rather to be like the 5 virgins who have oil in their lamps while the bridegroom comes out from his chamber.
I am very much sure, there’s a day coming I will seek his face, among the angels, all the invisible things that I expected will no longer remain invisible. All the stories of love he explained will be clearly seen, nothing will be hidden in his Kingdom. Even now, as the scripture says, we are seated in heaven’s places. Jesus is interceding for our prayers every time.
Having all power and authority of heaven and earth, he can do all the Impossible things possible. Being the invisible God, he makes us show himself through the eyes of faith. Only if we believe, we will see wonderful works of his hands, both seen and unseen.
Finally, the more we ground our faith in him, we are given a purpose, a vision, a declaration which we have to complete while being on earth. It’s a talent which God the Father has assigned us, and we will be accountable for it on the day of judgment.
So, let us not grow weary, because God is everywhere. His eyes see our whole timeline, and nothing is hidden from him. Even our tiniest details, he knows them. One wrong decision can take us away, and lead us astray from his word. The more bad decisions we keep on making, the more disobedient and faithless we are growing towards his commandment and teachings.
So, yes, keep your heart with all diligence from it flows the issues of life, just like the scripture says. Stay hold of eternal life. Our life is filled with many invisible things. It is written that we also entertain angels as strangers in our houses, so yes, beware when the time comes we do exactly what we are told to do and not leave our good deeds fall back.
When you see the invisible, we can surely do the impossible, because God loves us and makes everything beautiful in his time. Amen!!
